Forums - General Discussion - Where to be born in 2013?

Israel and South Korea... Sure I want to born in a country that is on the verge of war. Also, South Korea is usually number 1 for smallest penis.  I know this is based only on economics but there are a lot more factors than that.

56... well at least we stand better than Nigeria

There are over 200 countries in the World. This list only has 80.

Almost everyone is better than Nigeria lol. Even my country is !

Yugoslavia is not even a country.

Again, why is this list missing more than 120 countries?

Serbia is the successor of Yugoslavia, obviously -_-

Serbia was part of Socialist Yugoslavia just like my country Croatia until the Yugoslav Wars started in 1991. Then it was called something else and then again something else. Today it's just Serbia, a country upon itself. We got that history thankfully behind us now, so why live in the past?

Yay, #8!

But come on, we're better than New Zealand and Singapore. I mean, at least we have the Original Zealand over here.

Not surprised Switzerland is #1. I agree too, if there's any country I'd want to live besides my own, it'd be Switzerland. Or Luxembourg, that country would probably be #2 if it were included on this list.

Is this the best countries to be born in?

Then WTF is Israel doing at #20? Theres kinda a bloody war going on there with mandatory military conscription for all citizens.

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

what is this all about? i just dont get it what are these numbers on the right? is this the birth ratio per country or what? i am curious!

Interesting list.

It's difficult to say whether or not you would prefer one place to the next unless you've spent at least a few years in all of the potential places to understand the government, laws, culture, etc.

I consistently see the Swiss at the top of lists, though. So I would take my chances there over my beloved USA.

I'd put Germany well ahead of USA. They are better than us at being right-wingers and better at us at being left-wingers (better economic discipline and functioning social support systems), so Americans of either party should really prefer Germany.

Why is Cyprus so high up? Half the country has been torn apart by civil war...

The fact that UAE is at no. 18 makes me disregard this list tbh.

It's a very rich country...

It's doing better than Spain at least

That hardly makes it a good country to be born in...

Especially if you're born a woman you're fucked. They can't even drive, travel without a "guardian" man or marry whoever the hell they want. Eveything is separated by sexes, even the workplace. If you're not rich you'll probably end up marrying a cousin. It's actually closer to one of the worst countries to be born in in my book.

But I guess that as long as there is money, everything is fine and dandy.

No troll is too much for me to handle. I rehabilitate trolls, I train people. I am the Troll Whisperer.

Seeing that Canada is slowly becoming a toilet I wouldn't mind moving to Colorado. I don't care if America is lower on the list, at least it is free (relatively speaking of course).

Born, raised, still living and will always live in Switzerland. We have our problems of course and even though I'm not a patriotic type, I can see why we're up there...
