A new pokemon game were you can explore a 3d world (like in pokepark) but have regular pokemon battles (just like in the other pokemon games). I hope its like pokemon XD gale of darkness

If it has to do with the anime, yeah... otherwise I don't know what you're talking about. There weren't 4 months between the Japanese and Western releases of BW2. The latest Mystery Dungeon game came out last month in Japan, and we get it in March... again, about 4 months. They've been pretty timely with Pokémon releases.

I'm not sure what the news will be, but I'm looking forward to January 8th now.

It could be something to do with the next generation of Pokemon as they've been teasing a new pokemon not long ago. I'm guessing something similar to when they revealed Muchlax - maybe the first 6th gen pokemon?
