I...can't believe this is a serious question.

If this is actually happening, why is there even the slightest question as to what to do? If you have a moral objection to the aforementioned "things will happen if you stay there", then leave or go to bed or otherwise excuse yourself; if not, you do what every other guy on Earth would* do.
