Edit: Dammit. It already got deleted. Anyway, this was supposed to be an english trailer of Lighting Returns. I watched (and some user from Neogaf) and it didn't look good to be honest. As soon as another video pops up I'll update the OP.

As far as I can see each command is binded to Square, Triangle, X and Circle and changing paradigms changes the commands binded to each button? At least that's what it looks like to me.
