@mazty; I have to agree with you that Nintendo really should have had a game on launch day that looked better than what PS360 has to offer, or at least on par with some of their better looking games... Hopefully they'll show something like that come next year....

yeap they should of broughten out Pikmin 3. It was ready to go but nintendo held back for third party... Come on sales would pick up IMO if it came out! I got 5games for wii u now and i would of boughten pikmin 3 too and 1st before NSMBU ( and this is coming from a guy who loves mario games!!!!)

@tbone: you just don't understand all this talk about pikmin around here! It's not a major seller. The other 2 games have sold something like 1m, right? Don't understand how that's supposed to push the system in EU...

I was saying as a 1st party game but then again im just a huge fan! Europe will be hard for Nintendo to convince! They need MKU or Zelda or something huge other than NSMBU!!!

@tbone; I don't really know what kind of Nintendo games that sell well in EU... Zelda is huge in the states, but not as much here... Zelda TP is the best selling Zelda in EU, but that's not à guarentee it'll sell butloads again...

Before Nintendo thinks about Zelda they should try getting more stock of the damn thing over here first, the U will sell in the EU the second MKU and such arrive but they need to send better stock allocations because seriously 120k across several different countries while Japan and US get 400k?

@wyrdness; is there really à shortage though? All in all150k WiiUs been sold in EU, and even if the first shipment only was 120k EU should have gotten their second shipment as well, so there shouldn't be any problem....

What has been sold is all that has been allocated across the whole EU, it's not a shortage it's bad stock allocation and marketing, according to this site 270k units have been shifted in the EU not 150k and that's not taking into account last weeks sales which probably have taken EU pass the 300k mark. The units are selling but Nintendo is handling stock well for the EU.

It's sold that much? really? Last week (ending 15th December) it sold a measly 60k...
