I don't think we'll see a Mario Kart or 3d mario for awhile if at all.  I agree with Pokemon and we have yet to see an original Zelda on it so maybe at least an announcement of that next year.  With Pokemon I say 17 million.  Without I say 15 million.

Your right zelda and also kirby but if a pokemon next gen comes out dont just think two million more! Think 5-7mil, look at ds 2007 pokemon released that year and ds sold over 28mil that year!!!

Crazy stuff, and i agree with Mario kart! MK has been on every system only once and early on its life cycle! MK Wii U will coms out 2013 holiday and we wont see another intill 3DS successor comes which wont be hear in the next 4years minumun!!!

The 3DS hasn't reached 12 million this year yet and will land between 12 and 13 million.

I think 13-14 million is likely. Even selling 35% lower than last year like it has been, it should still sell 2 million in the next 3 weeks. Christmas week should be the biggest of the year.

Animal crossing sells more in Japan than the rest of the world and the new animal crossing already launched in Japan selling 1.37 million. I'm not sure how system seller it is going to be. Not millions.
