uh? I don't think it matters who you support, It's more about the individual. Sure there are a few "fan-boys" from each fan-base. But most are reasonable, friendly people. I think it's mad to suggest that one console is "worse" or "better" than another simply because you prefer something else.

I have a PS3, but I grew up on Nintendo and have had every console since the SNES (virtual boy excluded) and I'll probably pick up a Wii U after the holidays. On top of that, most of my friends have 360's. I've spent countless hours on them and really enjoy what they have to offer. But FOR ME, the PS3 offers the best bang for the buck and the most enjoyable exclusives.

This is what I had to put up with when the Wii was launched. LOTS AND LOTS of people who sounded like that. I don't think Sony fanboys can stand themselves after the massive turds they chucked at us.

Microsoft fanboys have always been somewhat neutral. They leave us alone, so I leave them alone. Hell the only downside with their console is a lack of first party development, nothing but FPS, and even their first party exclusives end up on the PC.

MS fanboys dont compete with Nintendo because Microsoft isn't really competing with Nintendo like they are with Sony. Fanatics tend to lend their focus to the primary foe of the company they feel is better.

Not that i know off, i know alot of nintendo fans who chose sony over microsoft, just like myself.
I don't dislike microsoft, i just find sony the lesser of 2 evils.

I always thought that Saturn failed because of the hardware compared to the PlayStation.


Look up the fall of Sega and you will find theres line of reasons from  internal instability to stability to the launch of the Saturn to relationships with retailers and third party as to why Sega had issues with the Saturn, scrapped it and eventually fell after the Dreamcast. Hardware was only one of the reasons but for the major part they fixed most of the issues with the Dreamcast outside of the piracy issue.

You still don't get it.

It doesn't matter if the retialers were pissed off! It doesn't matter if the Saturn was hard to program! If the PSX didn't exist, third parties would have HAD to make games for the Saturn if they wanted to make CD based console games, thus it would have sold better and retailers would have HAD to stock it. Hell, the PSX is the reason why Sega did the early launch, so no PSX, no pissed off retailers. What will it take for you to get it through your head?
