seeing capcom basically piggyback on a fan made game in megaman x streetfighter, is this the blue bombers future?
its apparent capcom has no problem with fan made content, so should the fan community come together and really hone down on creating future quality megaman games and see if capcom ''releases'' theses games? is it for the best intrest for this franchise to just be in the fans hands?

Yeah I was at my friend's house a few hours ago and he showed me the trailer. Then he told me that it's Megaman's 25th anniversary and Capcom's doing jack all... poor Megaman :(

believe you me, I'm just as dissapointed in capcom as the next. But at the end of the day, i want megaman games... if that means fans have to do it, like the mm7 8-bit remake on pc or mm x sf, bring it, or even megaman being leased to other studios, i want games.

Capcom just doesnt cares about old franchises. They want mass appealing franchises, so no Megaman in the future.

Well anyway I couldn't agree more with what you said, I still remember making a theread about Megaman like a year ago because of all the cancellations...makes me sad face, how can Capcom completely abandon their mascot? They even wonder what to do next with Megaman right? They can do anything! It's been so long since a core Megaman game came out that they can even do a reboot for hell's sake!

Their best apology letter they can have right now is resurrect Mega Man Legends 3 and have Keiji Inafune at the helm under contract, like he offered.

They have announced that Mega Man will be celebrated throughout dec2012 - 2013 and DEC 17 will be the 1st surprise
