How did you decide how to play the Mass Effect Trilogy and are you satisfied with how you played or would you have done something differently?

i.e. Play for Achievements vs your personal story in the Universe or both

you may want to work the title a bit.

I never play for achievements, but unless they sound fun or challenging.

As for Mass Effect. I did all the missions and side missions because I wanted to get the best of everything. When I played through as Male Shep I made only boyscout choices. When I played as Fem Shep I was still a paragon but I made some rasher choices.

I only consider a BioWare game complete when I get to see every lesbian scene.

I played through normally as a good guy, then second playthrough as a bad guy (haven't done for Mass Effect 3)

I then did a clean up run for achievements, but again haven't done that for ME3, waiting for all the DLC and then a discount

I usually play the first run as I want to and ignore achievements completely and then go back on achievement runs later on. I really like games that let you choose whatever chapter you want after playing the game since it makes getting achievements less of a pain.
