What was the difference in the US for Sony's numbers vs VG chartz numbers?

These 1.2 millions PS3 aren't official.

Sony stated already that this number is just an estimation by Bloomberg.

So we have to wait for an official announcment by Sony a little longer...

As far as Sony are concerned Australia is Europe, they come under SCEE. Other non-European regions covered by SCEE are New Zealand, South Africa, Middle East, and India. That covers a large population, but in reality combined they have less PS3 sales than Australia.

It isn't a Bloomberg estimate, Kaz mentioned the 1.2M sold in NA over the last 5 weeks of 2007 and said Europe was about the same. I watched the actual interview on Bloomberg.
