Mummelmann said: Mods are a lifesaver, the very first one I got was a UI rework, the entire game (Skyrim) was suddenly worth twice as much with something that simple! I expect to see some crazy community mods within the next 3-4 years for Skyrim, lending the game longevity beyond most titles after such a long time. |
Improved UI and Better Sorting mods changed the way I played the game entirely. I can't play the Vanilla version anymore because it just feels like it's a clumsy mess that has no sense whatsoever, especially with the Keyboard interface.
Some of the most recent and good work that mods are putting out are city enhancing mods and climate mods. Combined with the extra effects mods, and the game looks like it almost leaps a generation.
