Yes it is

I cant wait for this game, it simply brings a big smile to my face every time i see it. Maybe they will talk about multi-player this time or the ai for the infected and how they change gameplay when fighting other human NPCs.

This might be a big stretch, but if the multi-player is a mixed of DayZ, ZombieU and Darksouls then i might as well just sell everything i have, take a train to Santa Monica, and become Naughty Dogs pet. They could feed me video games.

Image an open world, or huge levels, where you spawn as a human an salvage stuff like you would in the single player campaign. But you share the world with other players. Naturally you compete for resources, or steal them out right. You can forge alliances to improve your chances, or betray your friends when you dont need them anymore. The infected are the NPCs that can be manipulated to help you defeat the enemy while also they are trying to kill you.

I don't know why, but that was a great teaser.

The atmosphere in this game is bloody awesome. They get across so well that this is for keeps and the protagonist will do what he needs to do to survive, yet he doesn't feel like some super-soldier or anti-hero killing machine. That's what makes it even more brutal and dramatic.

Easily the game I'm looking forward to the most in 2013.
