360 made money? If my counts are correct the Game Division only covered the 360 initial costs in the last year... so yeah this will be the first year to made money (the MS FY ends in June) but that is another thread.

I never changed the title... I checked my bookmark in the browser and the title is the same sice I created this thread

My first table was made with shipped numbers... after that I made the breakdown by regigon using the VGC data for funny.

With PS3 at 75 million, with 10 million projected sales, thats still 30 million to go. 3 more years of 10 million shipments each (which won't happen). So your looking at at least 4 years of 10 million shipments each best case scenario. Worst case would be 6-8 years, or just over 100 million in the end.

Either way man, seriously consider a career in party/wedding planning, because you love to hype and celebrate things years in advance :P

You know that the 10 million is a projection from Sony right and that the number could be easily higher :-/ (or lower for that matter but I find that hard to believe)

Its not about the accuracy of the prediction, its you being impatient to the point of it being considered comedy to make such a prediction at this time.

But predictions have to be done before it happened... I think I wait so much to make it.

I really don't care if the people here thinks this prediction was a comedy... I just want to know how much I will close to the final PS3 numbers.

I think I did a pretty good job for the first year but I will miss the next year by 500-1000k based in the 10m prediction by Sony... in any case they can ship more like this year (predited 16m... shipped 16.5m).
