Well, I live in Scotland, and so far I have yet to hear a single person own, consider owning or even talk about WiiU. Same for Vita. It seems to me that there isn't much hype. Too early to tell, but I really don't see it doing Wii numbers. I say let's wait a couple of weeks till we can start a serious conversation about its sales.

Seriously, dude. I asked you about this in another thread and you didn't respond. Got any evidence to support the bolded?
VGC data indicates the opposite.

Any evidence to the UK thing??? I don't live there or anyone but my idea is: Microsoft >>>>>Nintendo = Sony. Am I wrong?

Seems you're right.
There have many Wii U and PS vita ads going around at the moment. I guess Nintendo didn't have enough stock here, it was expected to sell out regardless of how many were available.
Xbox Series, PS5 and Switch (+ Many Retro Consoles)

Prediction: Switch 2 will outsell the PS5 by 2030
I don't know about the situation in the UK but what worries me here in Germany is that there are virtually NO POS advertisements AT ALL. I have been to a few stores and the Wii U is simply not being advertised. They just lock the systems away in some display case and - what is even more frightening - just stack the Wii U games next to the Wii games. No indication what so ever that this is a brand new console... This will really make it difficult for non-hardcare gamers to find and buy the system. How is this handled in the UK?
1. Wii U had supply issues according to different sources;
2. Wii U 40K from 2 days, Vita 61K from 4 days.
Do we really need to talk about this?

You just pointed out that Nintendo fans do the exact same thing. |
probably because of the undeserving over hype and/or something from Sony is easily going to beat something from Nintendo attacks? remember the Vita was going to crap all over the 3DS?
when something is over hyped it is hard to resist the temptation of telling some how wrong they where but when it comes to Nintendo we can't even wait the same amount of time (number of days on the market) before we attack ;)
