The sound from the headphone jack on my wii pad is very low. The stereo speakers sound great. It's just the headphone. My headphones sound fine with any other devise. Was wondering if anyone else was having the same problem and if there was a system sound that can be adjusted?

Seriously though, I'm afraid I have no idea if this is a widespread issue. I sure hope not.

It might be an issue due to the low max volume from the gamepad itself. Not sure though. I'll check tonight to see how my sound is through headphones, but I'm sure others will respond before that time comes.

Mine works great.

1) make sure the gamepad is turned up
2) check settings for gamepad
3) try a different headphone

If all that comes out and you still have low volume... maybe call Nintendo.

A Wii Pad? This is why Nintendo have a job on their hands with advertising...
