I'm very unsure whether I'm going to be able to play this game when it comes out. I don't have Vista, and I think I might squeak by with the minimum specs (I've got 2G of RAM, AMD Athlon 65 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ 2.19GHz, and an NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GT).

You'll do fine. Most features save for DX10 support (of course) will be open and usable to you! I don't have DX10 support either btw. And the game will look simply stunning... No to mention how frickin big it is! A game reporter from VG (biggest Norwegian newspaper) played the beat with a developer over his shoulder. He spent 4-5 hours running around a huge Pictish village and the outlying mountain and forst areas. After he had cleared the village and it's surrounding landcape of Picts, the dev said; "Great! You've explored almost 1/10.000th of the game..." !!
