I am going to have to echo ioi. What do people expect to be posted right now. It is the slowest time for news now that the Holiday/CES/NPD numbers are over. Smash and year end numbers have been well discussed. I am not seeing a huge problem. I did come to this site becasue it was a saintly discussion area compared to most of the net. And things have not changed.

Yes the off topic stuff can get old, and post count shouldn't be a race but when there is anything of value brought in it has plenty of chance for a discussion. So I say no major change is needed. If the spam was obstucting exciting news or discussion then I would worry.

And kn, you are an asset to the site but like everything else either be part of the change yourself or keep your mouth shut. Bring in your own news/info that is on topic and PM mods with your issues. Then I will listen to you.

I grew up in the military, so I was never around a lot of minorities. However, when we landed in the Dirty ... I was like 'Dang it boy!' No joke - I was just staring and drooling (I was a preteen). Then, as I got older, I went to a black school and saw all shades of sisters and booty eurywhere. And let's not even talk about my excursions to Miami, Mexico and Costa Rica. I was turning my head so much, I had to put my next in a sling.

Funniest booty story - I was in my Suburban on my way to work when I decided to ride along the beach and see what Black Springbreak was up to. Man, I saw this shortie like 4'9 with a tee on. These cats in a Mazda ahead of me were taping her as she walked with her friends. She saw them taping, pulled up the back of her tee and started shaking her fanny floss. My chin hit the steering wheel. And the fools ahead of me stopped - I turned and saw they had stopped and nearly hit them.

In retrospect, dang, had I hit that car, explaining to an officer that I had rear-ended a car while looking at a rear end would have been a hoot.

 You might not see what the issue is because you're not obsessed with your post count or how many VG$'s you have. You might want to look at it through the perspective of someone who is less secure than you about their position on the website. Make the post count and VG$ number invisible except in a persons profile and it would do wonders, IMHO.

I think the problem is that good topics get bumped off the main page due to spamming topics. It can't be fun seing something members took time to create and watching it get bumped off by some members trying to decide if Soriku or Rolstoppable would look better in a swimsuit (Rols you would get my vote)

People spam to get those VG$ which apparently is the hottest commodity to a few members on this site.
