There are now 5 threads on the main page either started by Leo J, Soriku or by someone complaining about them. Make this one the 6th. Yes, I realize this only adds fuel to the fire and the irony is quite thick but feel free to point out the obvious.

I've grown weary of this place. I really used to enjoy VGC but it is rapidly becoming a place for childish antics, banning adventures, and ensuing discussion. The whole point of rules is to keep things on-topic, civilized, and free from spam and flooding. If the rules aren't meaningfully enforced then do away with them and just let users have a free for all -- we aren't far from it at this point.

I used to think I was a somewhat valued contributor. Look at my post count as of late. I don't come here any more because of all the B.S. banning, unbanning, discussion of banning, discussion of person doing the banning/unbanning, and so on.

Mods/IOI, please circle the wagons. You should all be of one mindset... Sticky all the rules posts in Bold. Send a PM to every single member that is a mandatory read before they can post again or continue using the board at all -- then start rigidly enforcing the rules. Then drop the ban hammer... Permanently... Delete posts. Delete users... Whatever it takes, but please, do something.

Please note that this will be my last post until I see some real change. I won't respond in this thread or elsewhere.  I'm going to log out and participate as  "Guest".   I'm sure I'll get the obligatory "Don't let the door hit you on the ass" and "Good riddance." If that's the case, fine. Otherwise I look forward to seeing some rule enforcement and return of VGC to being a place of civilized, meaningful discussion.

My thread is not any harm to the community of this site, and I take full responsibilty for it. No one except you have complained about my thread, and although I agree with the rest of your post, my thread is an off topic thread.

Also I am very informed about the rules.

It does need some cleaning. It's like everytime leo-j is banned there is a thread circling around how or why he got banned.

He is banned and he will be back.

I just got back onto this site after so absence and I see these threads.

This site went downhill the second I stopped visiting as often.

I'll be back on full duty hopefully by Feb.-Mar.

And the purging will be sweet.

On topic:  Yeah there is a definite problem, especially when people like leo-j don't believe that they are part of the problem, but I am an optimistic person, so I'd like to believe that ioi and the mods are doing all in their power to stop this
