Sony is offering Music Unlimited subscriptions from $1 a month

Sony has announced that PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to add Music Unlimited Premium membership to their accounts for a limited time at $12 per year.

The PlayStation store update is due to go live later today (November 20) and represents a saving of 90 percent based on the regular price of $10 per month, while non-PlayStation Plus members can sign up for a discounted $60 yearly rate instead.

Any one seen this deal? I am subscribed to Music Unlimted but not PSN+

Looks like I will be switching to PSN+ then get Music Unlimted through that and get it all for half the price. Seems nuts to me. Barely play my PS3 anymore but it will be nice to have.

Is this a limited time sale for Plus members? And why do people keep using PSN Plus....it's PS Plus.

I would rather just purchase the music I want and listen to it forever. No point in paying for music that you can only listen to for one year.

hm.. I think it's good value for those people with ridiculously large song collections (have to be primarily mainstream music though) and add a good 150-200+ songs a year

personally I would probably pick up like 10-20 a year, if I was easily able to purchase anime op/ed songs

there's already a thread about this somewhere on the forum.

I think its a great deal and would get it if they had music unlimited in my region.

i got music unlimited then for £12 for the year from the old psn cart,it was a no brainer for me as i prefer one off payments and didn't have a live music thingy,just my own collection shuffle,it's pretty good though and i can have it on my PC which is what i am talking about really,very handy

i guess most people are already connected to something else like itunes or whatever but i wasn't and hate subscribing monthly
