Seriously though review embargos does kind of suck but I see why they do it too. They want to get those 1st day preoders/sells and if the game ends up being below expections for people then they wont buy it.  I've heard some people on this site predict a 90 metacritic or high 80s so if it doesnt get that then will those people be upset? It was kind of like the Halo thing where we had some people predict a 96+ so when it got an 87 everybody threw a fit. People really care about reviews so with some games especially  a new ip has to really depend on good reviews.

I'd predict a metascore about 80 give or take two points. It's a solid enough game, but reviewers are going to compare it to Smash. Whether you think that's fair or unfair is up to you, but it's going to happen.

Didn't all-stars get a spot in the trailers for Wreck it ralph? i think super-bot has been to pretty much every fighting game event in the last six months. TV spots are expensive and i rather sony spend that money on something that directly improves the game.

The real value for the game will be the spot light that each character will get from this game. Also sony will use the data collected from game to see which IPs are popular and ready for a reboot. What if we get a reboot of Medievil franchise?(play him first!) or for rarrapa the rapper?

Sony is not expecting to sale millions, and i am guessing many on this web site arent either. The game is a celebration of the Playstation history and maybe precursor of things to come.

So roughly how many hours before websites like Gametrailers, IGN and Gamespot are allowed to post reviews?
