How about a meaningful ban. Leo-j has been warned repeatedly about all sorts of things. 300 posts in such a short period should have been something way more serious than a 1 day ban... more like a month this time. What was this -- his 3rd or 4th ban? Clearly it doesn't work. If he comes in on a second account and gets caught, permanent...

I agree that we need more severe punishments for repeated offenders.  If someone is banned for 1 day or 3 days, it really doesn't affect them enough to be a deterrent.  I've never banned anyone on Seriously for less than a week.

Another thing to note is that leo-j and Brute were both banned for spamming, and earned fines of 100 vg$ or less, but each "earned" over 300 vg$ by spamming.  So their spamming was still a profitable enterprise, and I think that should be corrected.

Why dont you just delete their post counts? Obviously they post to compete and have the most posts, so reset their post counts, and keep doing so, until they learn not to spam.

Or just perma ban Leo-J forcing him to make another account, ending this top post feud.
