I agree that we need more severe punishments for repeated offenders. If someone is banned for 1 day or 3 days, it really doesn't affect them enough to be a deterrent. I've never banned anyone on Seriously for less than a week.
Another thing to note is that leo-j and Brute were both banned for spamming, and earned fines of 100 vg$ or less, but each "earned" over 300 vg$ by spamming. So their spamming was still a profitable enterprise, and I think that should be corrected.
