Both games are entirely free. They're both quite fun too. I really the Voyage Century game because it's pretty accurate to history and I like trading.

I dunno, I'm actually considering playing LOTRO again...because they introduced housing, which was my favorite part of SWG. Being able to put loot all over your house and have people hang out was more fun than grinding outside...to me anyway hehe.

Not sure what the problem was but went back to play again and after a few more crashes it seemed to settle in and let me play. Its definitely a fun game, but so are a lot of other MMOs at the early levels when there is tons of character development. I'll probably play until the "free" time is up, but I'm already running into walls where it tells me "Sorry you need to pay money if you want that feature!" etc...

Not that I have a problem paying for the game, just that I don't want to get sucked into another MMO and a nice timed trial with restricted content will definitely prevent me from getting too involved (especially if it starts crashing again).
