I see this happen all the time in all threads, I actually see it way more in psvita threads than WiiU threads.

That's probably about to change. Since the NPD numbers (that was like 3 hours ago) we had 5 Wii U doom threads, expect to see a lot more in the future.

While I'm not a Nintendo fan per say you guys do need to rise above it. I'm fed up of reading the doom and gloom about the Wii U. You can't compare it to the last gen launches as economically the times are worse for most right now. You can't really even compare it to the Wii because given its the first of the new gen consoles you will have people hanging back from buying until theyve seen the competition, as happened to the 360 to a degree.

I remember the doom threads about the 3DS which frankly look stupid now. Keep the faith as the haters will start to leave as the festive season numbers go back to the usual boring lows we expect.
