#43 - SimCity 3000 (PC)

As guessed by S.Peelman :). The best of a fantastic series of city-building games, in my opinion, SimCity 3000 really struck the perfect balance between accessibility, deep tools allowing more in-depth choices and fantasticly addictive gameplay.  Throw in a soothing jazzy soundtrack; hilarious news ticker and advisors; the ability to track your city from the 1900's to well into the future and you've got one Kresnik with weeks of his life spent building the perfect metropolis.

Clue for my #42 - the first in a planned PS3 trilogy which sadly never came to be.

I was thinking about it, but I found Age of Mythology not to be part of the Age of Empires series, because it's a spin-off of sorts. They're still definitely related though I agree.

So true about Theme Hospital, I don't even think I've seen 'em all. Plus, every once in a while when I play this game again I'd forgotten about some making me laugh all over again! ... This actually makes me want to play it.
