So I got the game on PSN Plus because its can only be purchased exclusively that way, but I must say I liked it. It shouldn't have been a prequel. It filled in the gaps as to why Kratos has an unexplainable discontent over his new position as the God of War and the reason  why the gods would be forced to overthrow him in part 2. It makes you feel bad for both the gods and him at the same time. Without this game it made him seem like he only had blind rage and awakened you to a human side of Kratos which would never be seen again.

i just bought origins from the psn store, so once i finish both games ill come back and post in this thread :D CoO is OK up till now, but we will see how it develops. i heard ghost of sparta was better right?

Never played that one. I heard it was pointless, but one friend clued in me into the fact that GOS would be awesome.

I played both and i must say i found ghost of sparta to be the better one. so yes to your question.

Defenitly, but chains of Olympus was good as well, it was mediumly acclaimed by the critics for the short stoymode.. I'd say for about 6-7 hours !

I haven't gotten around to this game yet but I've got good expectations from what i've heard. Currently playing Chains of Olympus. Then I will get to this, and finally GoW2. I've already played GoW1 and 3.

which one was mediumly acclaimed for its short story? but i gotta the first hour or so chains of olympus is nothing compared to GoW 3
