It's starting to shape up nicely. The draw distances are, well, the main graphical draw as far as I can tell. :)

Maybe it is me but until I see it in 3D and in action, I am not going to crown it as best graphics, "by far" because I expected nothing of Kid Icarus and that game graphically blew me away.

I am not saying it will not look amazing, I am saying I am not a good judge of how 3DS games ultimately compare graphically based on 2D screenshots.

Looks good, but arguably Resi Revelations looks better...

Revelations looks better. MH4 has more open environments but inferior textures and shaders.

Revelations has a lower scale, plus its just realistic and nothing more, it doesnt have complex structures and for the most part, textures are very simple
Overall i would say that this game is the best looking 3DS game till now, followed by Revelations, MGS3D and Kid Icarus......and MH3Ultimate!!!!

They need to release this in Europe and USA by holiday season 2013. However, they will probably make us wait till spring 14... Looks pretty good but like ghaude said I can't judge it till I see it with 3D on with my own eyes.

Nice, will we be seeing a western release tho?..hope so

The game is too colourful.

By that I mean for my eyes. The changes between one colour to the next (in the same frame) make me loose focus as I don't know where to look.

Perhaps in motion it won't be as bad.

Then again in the last few months I been loosing focus real easily looking at colourful images.

The only final thing I can think of is I got use to playing grey palette games on 360/PS3 lol,

I think 3 looks better on the 3DS actually, but this does look a lot more open. As for best looking 3DS game I think that goes to Revelations or Time Travelers.
