I don't think free is beyond the realms of possibility.  I seem to remember Omar saying something about if they added Crash, it would be through free DLC.  Starhawk launched this year with free DLC as well, which is a decent sign.

yeah some of the taunts and additional customization items were free in uc 3 and i expect some of the additional content for this game will be free also

people should keep in mind that characters like crash and spyro are unlikely to ever make it in as activision holds the rights to them
and in terms of team ico they are prohibiting superbot from using ico or sotc content in this game

Jin and Kazuya? Really? That would suck, they already have a Mishima, why not choose from the reset of the cast which would bring different fighting styles.

So? 2K holds the rights to Big Daddy and Konami to Raiden.

Granted, Activision might be being a dick about it, but if Sony could sweeten the deal enough, they'd surely give up at least Crash (who is worth nothing to Activision, unlike Spyro who they might keep around for Skylanders)

Jin and Kuzuya were confirmed to be false by one of the devs, Heihachi is the only tekken character in this game

Ryu on the other hand i'm not sure of
