What are the most annoying, insufferable enemies in video gaming history? Which are those enemies that make you want to throw the controller against the wall, or hurl the console into oncoming traffic?

Zubat is definitely one of them.

More recently, the hagfish in Dishonored. They make it nearly impossible to ever swim anywhere, because they bite you and deal you damage, and cannot be killed.

I'd say Tentacool are on par with Zubat.

Also the Geth Stalkers always annoyed me in Mass Effect, were a real nuisance.

I just started playing Pokemon for the first time, so I'm no expert, but I can say than any Pokemon with the move "Bind" really frustrates me.

Not hard at all, but annoying as hell.

I have good news for you: From Gen 2 onwards both pokemon are able to act during bind's (and any other "trapping" move) duration.

OT: Any SNK final boss qualifies.
