I sell old games and systems. I'm selling my PS3, 360, Several ps3 games, and Metroid Prime trilogy for wii to apply towards the wiiu. Im all next gen from now on.

I'm pretty sure the Wii U version will also have a healthy online community for Call of Duty. There are a lot of people who will migrate from the Wii version and some people will make the jump from PS360. Also, pointer controls.

Even on Wii the game was usually a million sellar... Don't think a person would have any trouble finding games online. In fact I never even had trouble finding matches for Metal of Honor Heroes 2 on wii.  If you have a wiiu i agree with you guy gotta get Blops2 for wiiu and not the other systems.


its not exactly the same situation. COD debuted right before it was really popular on Wii and those two other systems ran with it full steam. THey have a deep fanbase on those. Wii U is starting from scratch, 2nd I think you are really underestimating the social aspect of the game, which is why people spend so much time with it. Are those 360 players going to cut their buds off just to play a version of a game they can only get that has a extra control option? Even if a few do will they convince the others? I doubt most will

Still thinking about SFxTekke, Vita or PS3? The COD Vita footage ive last seen actually looked good, so its back on the maybe pile.

They probably wouldn't if they are the hardcore cod heads but that can't be more than half of the people who buy the game.. Secondly it's not just for an extra control option they would also be getting a game the locks at 60 and doesn't dip and also a game that is actually running in HD.

Yeah I totally agree with you in that if it's the type of person who plays call of duty and call of duty alone they'll just wait for next box. But if you're a person who is buying the wiiu you're probably a nintendo fan and prefer to play it on the nintendo console. Call of Duty 3 sold over 2 million on wii and I expect this game to at least do that on Wiiu.  But it's not going to suddenly supplant Xbox or PS in the pecking order of where the game is most popular.

I'm debating whether I will download The Walking Dead from XBLA or buy the collector's edition at retail but I will have all of the episodes before the year's end.

I want to grab Zone of the Enders HD but it's not a must have. Perhaps if I stumble into a store and there's nothing else I really want.

Zombi U will depend on reviews. If it's good, I'll get it.


In the past week or so, I've gotten Cave Story and Code of Princess for 3DS, The Walking Dead Episode 1 for 360, Assassin's Creed Liberation and Street Fighter x Tekken for Vita. Feels like I'm missing some stuff. Oh, well.

Almost done.  Gotta get my copy of Hitman, today.
