I hit enlightenment. To me, it feels like some sort of new discovery about humanity will come to light during the weeks prior or after the date. No catastrophes, I don't know started campaigning for that outcome.

Hopefully, a human awakening where we realize how to coexist with the planet and treat each other better. I am not a crazy environmentalist.  I believe business and nature can coexist. However, we have been raping this planet at an increased rate and we need to learn to live better. I also hope the end of the world mentality will come to an end. To have an end of the world mentality is probably the worst thing possible. It only speeds up the greed and destruction considering who gives a fuck since we are all going to be saved soon. I suppose I would like to see main stream religion influence fall off a cliff.

And to stay on topic, I'm pretty sure we'll all just be fine, as long as death doesn't bother anyone.

I really fail to understand how any sane person can believe that something special will happen that day... But I guess we have far more extreme examples available anyway.


With that said, I will probably play Halo 4 on that day as well. Business as usual.

The real question is this. Do I buy the missus a birthday present? Her birthday is 21st December so do I save my money cuz there will be no need to buy her a present cuz we will be dead. However if I dont buy her a present she will kill me. Its a tough call. What do you guys think?
