Yea, well is it? 8/14 Action Adventure games on PS3 have no shooting of any kind at all and for cases like Metal Gear Solid I would put shooter as a 3rd gnere after stealth. This isn't a game you are instructed to shoot your way through. Grand Theft Auto/Red Dead Redemption I feel the same, there is just as much racing as there is shooting. Uncharted would be the only true shooter/Action-Adventure hybrid, and that's only 3/13 games.
Plus some shooters you could argue are are also part AA.
(Note I have 13 Action Adventures listed for PS3, but I coulnt 14 now, I'll edit this later tonight)
