You seem to have a freaking 360/PS3 and you will sure play the game, whats your problem with the Wii owners daring to ask for a Wii version ? I mean why would you really care about it.

I don't see why anyone would be against RE5 going to the Wii. I mean it wouldn't hurt the 360 or PS3 version. Geez what does it matter to you as long as you still get it on PS360.

point I am trying to make is that RE games have now always been about graphics... that would explain why it was not on the Xbox last gen.. RE games go on a console with a Strong Japan userbase, and western... PS3 has weak Japan base, medium NA, and Strong Others base...

Well yes, he has a very childish way of seeing things. If Nintendo with their Wii are doing great that forces Sony and MS to work their asses harder to support their consoles. So the 360/ps3 fanboy crying here actually has only to win from Wii doing great.

The ones who always win from the console wars are the gamers in the end.

I don't want a watered down RE5 on the Wii. The power of the 360/PS3 applies not just to graphics, but also to AI and how much can be on screen at once. I just don't see how RE5 can be ported while keeping the experience intact. I'd rather an original Wii RE, or even upgraded ports of past titles.

Why do you assume the Wii version will be watered down. What the Wii version loses it will more than make up for in exclusive content and the benefit of the motion controls.

And if you don't want a "watered" down version on the Wii, don't buy the Wii version. Problem solved. That was easy.

Ok. By that same token.  If you want to play RE5, then buy a PlayStation 3 or XBOX 360.  Problem solved.  That was easy.

But it is likely your only choice, as the game hasn't been announced for any other system aside from the PlayStation 3 and XBOX 360.  This petition is fruitless.  It will do nothing.   I am posting here cause this is cluttering up the forums with a number of threads, this just being the latest, on the same tired subject over and over again.  So forgive me for being tired of talking about this dumb petition ad nauseum.  I don't care if it comes to the Wii, I'm just tired of seeing it in the hot topics section and hearing about it.

no....it wasn't solved, because no-one is so stupid to pay so much just for a zombie game.....who cares about re5, not that i don't like it, but compared to ssbb, wii fit and other wii exclusives......
