Regardless, I doubt it would impact sales even if it landed in the 80's.

Most of them where expected to be AAA, but not to the extend that some people are hyping Halo 4 in this thread. 96+... and then whine that reviewers are unfair, and they are TEH BIASED! for not giving Halo 4 only 10's.

2: Uncharted 3... what about GoW and better yet show me something about Pokemon. Dont just throw out franchises there and expect us to eat it up

Nobody was claiming pokemon would get a metacritic of 96, and same with uncharted, plus if halo did get a metacritic of 96 "i highly doubt it" it would be a spit in the face to uncharted 2, plus what is so revolutionary about halo? it's taken things from call of duty, spiced up the graphics a little bit and you think it will get a 96? it will only get 92 at the most.

All Halos are in the 90 range. This one is the only one to have a new developer and truly take a huge leap over Halo 3. Reach didnt nearly have the same leap. You should compare this to Combat Evolved which got like what? 97-98 meta?

Youll see when Halo 4 gets 95-97 meta. Only few days left.

Lmao this site civilized? haha  Most people are biased on this site, and there is very little microsoft fans on this site so I'm not seeing all the hype on this site.  It gets hyped everywhere but that is because Halo has been good since Halo 1.  It is hugely popular so of course it will get hyped.  I don't expect Halo 4 to get a 96+.  Only a few people actually believe that.  Most people will probably agree between 90-94 metacritic.  

And as someone else stated this isn't the only game that gets hyped.  I believe Last of Us is being hyped up right now and the closer it comes to being released the more hype it will get.  Are you going to complain about that too?

If you didn't get it, that was sarcasm. No, it wont be quite as good as some people are expecting, because it cant be. To be fair, if anyone plans on throwing away money on a Vita, at least they know they at least get some decent, original software content But from where did this come from, and why do you bring up discussion topics from other threads?

And actually if you re-read my comment, you will see that Im more against the fanboys who hype the game to the stars, rather than Halo 4 itself. I mean some people are having ridiculously high expectations from a genre-end game, and many will be dissapointed if the game receives an under 96% meta. I am kindoff sorry for the guys of 343, they took on the job to create something amazing at the end of a genre, and they have to number it "4". Not an easy task m8

90+ hype for a proven 90+ franchise is entirely logical. 91 or 96.......its entirely fine to say any given number as long as its withing the 10 digit range.

This is the only IP 360 gamers truly hype. Why dont you talk to people that hype up EVERY exclusive 90+ on a certain other console. I dont see why you cant take it when its the 360 fans turn to hype something.....and hype it correctly.
