North America for me. Just checked the 10 boxes of games i have on my shelf. Also Jap publishers need to port more of their games to pc/steam to get a wider audience.

Probably America: Deus Ex, Elder Scrolls, all Valve games, most Bioware games, Age of Empires and Starcraft.

Even some of the games you listed under Europe are now being developed in the US (well, one... namely Tomb Raider)

Nintendo makes my favorite games so... Japan for sure.

Definitely America, halo alone would make me vote for it but there's also skyrim, fallout, gears, uncharted and bioshock and then Canada makes Assassins creed and mass effect. Japan was great before but has really gone downhill lately with the exception of Nintendo, the recent resident evil games suck(67 metacritic for re6) silent hill is pretty mediocre nowadays, japan is really low on innovtion they haven't made a successful new IP in years and they are home to my least favorite company, capcom. The new DMC looks bad, the new ninja gaiden was bad, the new final fantasys are mediocre,  Japan is pretty much surviving on mgs and Nintendo.

Before entering this thread, I would have said North America. But after looking at the list: Grand Theft auto, Batman, Hitman, Tomb Raider, Burnout, Wipeout, etc. I have to go with Europe.
