Trump has never filed for personal bankruptcy.  Not only that, but his corporation has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy four times.  You do know what Chapter 11 bankruptcy means, right? There is a court supervised reorganization where the debtor negotiates with the creditors to change the terms of the outstanding loans.

no, trump he stuck taxpayers with the debt.   unles trump releases every tax document, bank statement, credit card bill, investment record, bankrupty legal document for himself, each of his family members, and every company he's ever been a part of since at least 1991 when he first filed for bankruptcy trump is ripping me off with his bad investment choices.  i made the ridiculous accusation... the burden of proof is his.

No, see the trouble is you can only be President if you're a natural-born citizen.  So it does matter a great deal if there is any doubt of that.  If true, it would mean he lied and is continuing to lie by serving as a false President.  It would be the greatest scandal ever in our history.

Im almost certain he was born there. But your missing the point ,if he is the best leader for the country then it doent matter where he came from. The people voted him not because of where hes born but because he can do the job best. being born in another country doesnt affect the way you lead. if you think so your a racist. and he was raised in the US anyway so he is a citizen.

Eh, I can think of bigger scanadals, just nobody cares about them.

I mean... FDR specifically lied about his policy while president, while conspiraing with another head of state to start a war he was promising to not start.

Yes the law is the law , but you don't try to sequester it for your own ends , you use the legal system , one just has to look at the timing of this latest episode too see this is just a political stunt and I love the piece about the law is the law is the law and that's why people care , are these the same people who said they didn't care about Watergate.

You're missing the point, though.  Which is that you MUST be a natural born citizen to be allowed to be President in the first place.  Everything else is secondary. It's the law, it's written in the Constitution.

You lost me there. Who doesn't care about Watergate? And who is trying to circumvent the legal system? There are questions about Obama's place of birth because of the strangely persistent references here and there to him being "Kenyan born", including one from his own literary agent. Talking about it, whether in terms of wild eyed Manchurian candidate conspiracy theories or just wondering what the hell is going on, is not "sequestering the law for your own ends".

But yeah, of course it's a political stunt. Or, more to the point, a publicity stunt. It's fucking Donald Trump, after all. Shameless self promotion and looking like an ass is his bread and butter.
