Obviously with this new ad we know it is for PSASBR. I bet everyone on this forum $100 imaginary that tomorrow we will get another video with a different character(big daddy).

True, but I think they are representative of what the real full adds will be. I doubt they change direction, they will probably develop on that concept. Concept that I find pretty lame and not representative of the game.

Teasers just create interest, get people talking and initiate the buzz but don't sell anything yet. A good Ad dramatize (exaggerates) the selling point of the game, communicates it in an entertaining way and gives you a reason to buy the product.

A follow up to the "Michael" ad with footage of the actual game will do just that. Just my 2 cents I'm not an advertising agent or anything.

They are not teasers. They ran out of money to shoot the entire commercial.

Yup my thoughts exactly. I saw the proprane tank and thought Drake right away. Then his outline in the truck looks identical to his actor from the "Michael" commercial. Then it looked like the straps were on his back as he got out of the truck (although, I had a tough time pausing it at the right time on my phone, so couldn't get a good look).

Sony isn't stupid enough to announce a PS4 right before the holidays. It would kill the PS3.

But Joe was right... It was called the aftermath. Wrong about the character but I assume that wasn't part of the bet because its exluded in parenthesis.

Nah.  The day he posted this, we didn't get a video at all.  The latest video came two days later.  I just couldn't find his post until now.
