Don't have time to do all of mine; but based on attractiveness these are in my top 2:

Tiara Ayase

Akino Nosihimura

Can't seem to get any pictures of her. But she in the same league as Tiara Ayase. And both much more attractive than Maria Ozawa in my personal opinion.

If I had to say western, I would add maybe Daisy Marie (not so much anymore). And Angel Dark:
