Both DOA5 and DOA4 have extremely low numbers for Europe. How can that be? While Europe was a bigger market than Japan for DOA3.

It can't be that DOA5 only sold 10k and DOA4 in 7 years 20k in Europe. Why aren't they worth £40? Ive already put 60 hours into DOA5 and having a blast with it.

Doa 3 was great for its time, DOA4-5 are just updates of DOA3 while the rest of the fighters moved on..

DOA seemed to have absolutely no hype here. I'd only heard it was out after I saw it on a shelf, even Tekken Tag 2's numbers are crap compared to Tekken 6. DOA5 can already be found for £29 where it was £40 on release.

I personally though fighters were going to make a come back, but T6 and Street Fighter 4 are the only ones that did well.

Finally someone commenting on the weird sales data than the game themselves. Thank you NiKKoM. I was pretty sure the OP didnot need any further explanation.

DOA5 is the same game with some new features and modes added. I'm not paying $60 for it again, that's for sure. I'll get a copy of the game and Tekken when the price drops under $40.

Did the company announced there shipments yet maybe we should wait for those oh and there's something special about the 3rd installment on 3D fighting game. I dont know why XD

DOA4 and 5 for the 360 are both extremely undertracked (DOA4 used to be slighly over one million).  I'm guessing the PS3 numbers are undertracked also.  Still have to try DOA5 my brother bought the collectors edition for the 360 and I can play it pretty much anytime I want since he already moved on to other games.  DOA3 was one of my favorite fighting games last generation along with Virtua  Fighter 4 (PS2) and SoulCalibur 2 (X-box version).  I still wouldn't mind owning DOA4 either I might buy a used copy one day if I can get it at a decent price.  I'm pretty sure its out of print for a while since amazon sill wants $49.92 for it new and its from a indirect seller.
