Okay, I'm pretty sure that these characters listed are speculation on Famitsu's part in their dojo "guide," not that they're actually in the game. Necrid pretty much gave that away.
EDIT:
I was right, someone on that forum figured it out.
Oh come on people, stop jumping to conclusions.
Each character got a freakin' history section in that Famitsu thing. I'm sure the copyrights are just for the games featured in said sections. Heck, I'm almost positive.
Diddy Kong Racing was most likely featured in the history article for the Donkey Kong series. And do you know what DKR's copyright was?
© 1997 Rare. The characters Diddy Kong, Banjo, and Krunch licensed by Nintendo. [Obviously, this was back when Nintendo still owned Banjo.]
It fits perfectly with what can be made out in the scan.
Likewise, I'm sure Soul Caliber II got a mention in the Legend of Zelda history article. And look at that, in SCII's original copyright, Necrid got a special mention as well:
The Character named "Necrid" is created and designed by NAMCO as the derivative work of the Illustration drawn by Todd McFarlane Productions, Inc. The Character: © 2003 by Namco Limited. The Illustration: © 2003 by Todd McFarlane Productions, Inc.
So in short, don't look too much into this.
