Really, really lousy job. And that lousy job will affect not only japan, but the west too. Next semester Vita will have very few japanese games to localize - very very few, and none that can help sales - I mean... I think earth defense force is the biggest one, or maybe Ys.

A $199 price point is the only thing that can save the Vita . I think it's crazy that it hasn't happened yet.

No I think the point wasn't that the handheld games are becoming more like home console games.
The problem is that it's getting partially the same exact games as the home consoles.

This is a pro for gamers without any home console, but for someone with a PS3 or 360 there is little reason to buy a Vita for FIFA 13, NFS:MW or PSABR. Except you travel a lot.

Also please remove one of the pics in your sig or resize and put them next to each other. It's too big.

People ask them self why they are many home console in PSVita it`s because actually bestsellers in PSP are home console like games it`s look the same for PSVita



PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

Yes, it's doing badly, but I still don't think it's beyond saving.

If games like Assassin's Creed and COD do well on the Vita that could encourage more Western studios to bring their big guns there.

The Point is That "Vita won't sell even with home consoles like games or original ones"... If that were the Problem 3DS wouldn't be selling... and getting ports of current sucessful games is a norm on first year for EVERY console... and Vita until now Have: Port games, remake games, original and new games and Original and exclusives entries on known games... So what's the problem with Vita selling low? I think is bad marketing and stretategies.. there ARE games! More than almost every console before it and with great overall quality... 

People only buy consoles when there's a million seller game on it? I'm beginning to think that.. But Uncharted didn't help so much.. so is not true...

The previous poster stated that in order to judge a VIta I would have to spend the $250..just to test it. Test the then but not the the other way around. The ppl embassadors who bought the 3DS..myself included kne they wanted it. It wasnt a test.

It's got a very solid first year library. These doom articles keep focussing on software when the obvious problem is that it costs too much and has proprietary memory that also costs too much. Not even Mario could save it at that price point.

To try just borrow it from a friend or go to a store where you can try it.. but the games You HAVE to play them.. not just "I saw a review on EDGE" or "saw a DOOM article on Xwebsite so I don't to buy a console that's not gonna have games".. There are games on Vita and very good ones.. and some outstanding too..
