On surt, his weakness is his waist. you just have to hover above the lava, do a normal chain combo, air dash, combo, air dash, you'll sink slowly and get the burn status but just jump again and repeat. SP gets full, use DS and pummel his waist. just repeat till he dies. More often than not, you wont get hit by most of his attacks since you'll be just below his arms same from danger.

Best class to use is assassin and cleric. assassin for a continuous barrage of damage, cleric for massive damage using its air combo /,/,/,/,O.

Hammer smith's air dash drill charge will also do some massive damage.
