I know it's not new characters... but why it looks offensive?

It's just extra things... plus the game includes all DLC - I don't even know if they were free or what in other consoles.

I don't even like Tekken and I'm considering a purchase... o_O

And these are just extra costumes guys. You don't have to use them, they're just unlockables. I would feel insulted too if they ditched the ordinary costumes in lue of the Ninty ones, but that's not the case here thankfully.

I don't have a problem with it, just extra costumes to put a smile on your face. I quite like it.
