That only makes 81%... I'm not sure what you are getting at here.

I don't believe he ever denied voting for the wars. He just mentioned Ryan did... knowing that Ryan wouldn't mention the fact that Biden did as well... because it only helps Obama.
and that coincidentally Biden was one of the main driving democrats who rustled up enough support to invade Iraq.

why? It's pretty clear with the low expectations for bidens and the performance tonight that Biden won.

Eh, I don't agree with that. While she did favor Biden in most issues, there were a few where it seemed like she gave Ryan an advantage.

that just means that 19% said they did about the same or had no winner.

only there is a huge difference. Romney was fighting, strugling for equal time. last time the moderator was constantly trying to stop romney when he was in the middle of a point, and switch topics. Romney just wanted to make his points. and he still spoke for 5 minutes less than obama. this time, crazy joe was angry, rude, and interrupted constantly while ryan was trying to speak. he laughed during ryans turn, and the moderater allowed joe to do this, and ryan was very respectful. and Joe still spoke for a couple minutes longer. |
nono, romney had to stop everytime to correct obama on things that he himseld was saying for the past year. It's not Obama's fault Romney became super romney the week before and had an all new talking plan and ideas.
As for Biden?
Look at the media, what they were saying about Romney "yes Romney interupted and talked over the mod, but it showed a fired up strong leader".
Romney did the same. In fact, during the debate, I was like, "did Biden steal Romney's playbook?" the numbering of points, the interruptions, the correcting, the facts. Romney did the exact same thing, and while LAST WEEK, I said 'Romney won', 'not in the facts or the message or even in manners, but he controlled the debate'. Biden did the same. Tough shit.
Everyone said Ryan was going to walk all over Joe and make him look like an idiot. Biden made him look like a child. "Look, this is how a nuke is made, not how YOU say it's made, it's made by A,B,C. You don't just have one. "
"You're putting fewer and fewer Americans in the east"
Biden says "YES, I AM, FEWER AMERICANS, MORE AFGHANS, MORE AFGANS, UNDERSTAND? FEWER AND FEWER AMERICANS MORE AND MORE AFGHANS, YOU SEE HOW THAT WORKS"
Ryan got schooled.

Maybe because Obama spoke about 5 minutes longer than Romney did, so Romney was fighting for equal time, whereas it was much closer this time. Biden only spoke about a minute longer than Ryan did. |
Just heard that Biden got 11 minutes more than Ryan.
On who won ...
I was thinking this before CNN said it but I think they got it right, on substance it was a tie but in terms of style Paul Ryan probably won.

I'm pretty sure the fact checker said he voted against the budget and wars but he in fact voted for the budget until the last one that Bush signed in and he did vote for both the wars.
