One Piece was never close to the million. I don't think RE6 can sell much more than that.

RE5 has actually sold around a million on PS3 alone (with all of the re-releases).

OT: Kind of a lower boost than I expected for PS3 but RE6 sales are right in line with what I predicted (650k for PS3 version). Will probably reach 1 million eventually.

Does the Yakuza series have so much impact in Japan ?

I still bet Tales of Xillia 2 will increase PS3 sales a lot in Japan. I expect the same from MGS Ground Zerous and FF VERSUS XIII.

VGC combines all of the different re-releases and GOTY editions into the main total.

Xillia 2... no way.

Yakuza is bundled and its release date is during christmas time, so a kind of boost is expected.

RE6 doubled RE revelations sales in less than one week. Speaks volumes about how many RE fans bothered getting 3DS despite all the praise about RE revelations...

Horrible sales for Sol Trigger :( the demo was awesome and I can't wait to start it. I hope digital sales helped...

I see Project X Zone at 130-140K, but Bravery will be well under 100K.

When you buy a game from a series at launch you must be a fan. People buying the less good RE game should get the better RE game. It simply shows that 3DS isn't that attractive for gamers.

Right, because most would already have a PS3, and wouldn't need to spend 190$ for a new RE game. Makes sense (kinda).

Then again, what made them buy a PS3 in the first place, is it that much superior to the 3DS' value proposition 1 year in? When was RE5 released? I think it performed much better than RE:R did in Japan.
