From what I can tell these are the most common stuffed doughnut flavours in England hence the options.

Definitely the classic jam, its not got the special style compared to say, Crispy Creme donuts, but I could eat jam donuts all day long, but would definitely get tired of Crispy Creme.

Yeah actually I re-read it and it makes more sense now. The only one of those not prevelant in Canada is custard. We use that in some pies and stuff, but not doughnuts that I can think of.
Jam and chocolate are good, even plain is okay. But I'll go with vanilla.

Pączki hands down. Northern Michigan style, no filling, either covered in sugar right out of the vat or with a vanilla butter frosting. Don't buy the crappy store ones, deplorable!
I have my Grandmother's recipe for these delicious potato doughnuts, be jealous.
Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
