Forums - Sales - Global Hardware + Software Up! Week Ending September 29th! Vita hits 3 million... or not!

@ pezus

Is it not on the chart at all? I havent looked at the software. Though I will say DOA didnt do well at all on 360 or really at all on either system. Better on the PS3 though

I dont believe the European PS3 numbers. They seem awfully high compared to everything else.

maybe, but PSV is up 20% in usa but it doesnt make sense if LBP didnt sell, so something is wrong big time

I don't know what's up with that.  LBPV released officially, sure, but its street date has been broken for weeks.  A 20% boost seems too much really.  Nothing else has charted either.  A marketing push over there, perhaps?

fifa 12 > fifa 13 europe?

while ea says sales where up 40% or something

or was fifa 12 data includes other europe?

Huh, isn't UC3 bundled with the new model?

Yes, but many retailers are still clearing out their old models. Sony hasn't shipped many of the new model and many consumers are opting for the cheapr old models instead of the more expensive new one.

GfK/ChartTrack reported a 138% increase in PS3 sales in UK. Other countries certainly saw an increase, too (probably mostly from firesales of older 320G units which currently sell around $230) .

maybe, but most probably not. 20% in the usa just means 2k (i know very sad) but either way usually the PSV goes down about 4% or something weekly, and it doesnt make sense resistance and gravity rush both having bigger first weeks than LBP? its seriously undertracked in my opinion

Only UK numbers are up. It sold significantly more than 12 in the UK and WW as well. Just wait for the full numbers to be updated.

Its funny how Blizzard claims to have sold 2.7 mil copies of MoP. Looking at those numbers and past numbers the expansions had... no way those 2.7m are sold units. Has to be shipped.

Ever heard of digital distribution? It is dominant in the PC market.
