Ok, I think i've got it.

The commands actually are

dota_friendly_color_r (etc.)

You can tell Blue from red and green correct?

If so try this....

dota_friendly_color_g_0

dota_friendly_color_b_1.

You probably only need the second commandbut being safe here. That should turn the green ally indicators into blue indicators. I keep looking this up when I'm at work so i don't have access to DOTA2, also i've never actually played it yet... so.

ah damn you are right. I should of realized that from my TF2 console commands.

So he should do

dota_friendly_color_b 1

and that should fix it for him.

Judging by the nature of your line, it looks like that only affects NEUTRAL creeps. If WhiteDevil needs this code for ally and enemy creeps, he'll need a different line. (Yes, I'm too lazy to check your link and find it.)
