No Spyro or Crash, or Kat from Gravity Rush, No Yakuza Characters either :(

I'll wait for an official announcement but this really puts me off getting the game,

Not as many as I was hoping for.

But mark my words, this game is going to have a TON of DLC in the form of new characters

Smash Bros was also released in 1999.  Games have become bigger and better since them.  Hyrule field was huge back in the day.  Now, it's a tiny hub.  Twenty characters is very low for a modern fighting game, plus the roster is pretty disappointing.  If they had twenty good characters, things would be different.  Seriously, you have 20 characters, and you have a space for Fat Princess and Big Daddy?  Smh.

Superbot did say there will be DLC. Dont get your panties in a bunch now. I also doubt that list is final because the game comes out in November. Theres still time for reveals.

From that list - The only characters I would want to play as is Raiden, Heihachi and Spike. I wouldn't hold my breath for charactes like Snake, Cloud( any FF) - Any big name characters from Japanesefranchise. No way there let gonna some unproven company handle there goods. Which is the B class( Raidn, Heihachi) and C( Dino) class was issued out instead.

It still sucks that a good chunk of the characters will be in DLCs and not in the main game, it looks like something Capcom would do...
