Could turn into something like Xenoblade where they have the two sides living on different gods (websites) fighting against each other.

So, would it make sense for two different vitural/reality worlds meet each other and than x ( sales idea or something else) events happen to cause a war between the two of against a certain person in from Neogaf

Could turn into something like Xenoblade where they have the two sides living on different gods (websites) fighting against each other.

So, would it make sense for two different vitural/reality worlds meet each other and than x ( sales idea or something else) events happen to cause a war between the two of against a certain person in from Neogaf

Something like that could work.  It would allow for a lot varied environments due to the contrast between the two worlds.  You could also have people with no allegiance (members of both sites) that can either help or hurt the main characters progress throughout the game.  I am sure someone can come up with some better ideas but it sounds doable.  I just remember this event which probably caused the most rift between Neogaf and VGC.

I am going to friends house now but I wouldn't mind trying to help later on.  There are probably better people for a writer but I can come up with some decent ideas in my head sometimes.

Storyline is a TERRIBLE place to start with a game. You need to prove you can make thetechnical and art portions ofthe game before asking anyone to help you or promising anything.

I've seen tens of fan projects fail because it's all "wouldn't it be cool if XYZ" and no actual CODING or ART.

I have some coding ability. Can you tell me the program or language you are using to make this?

The storyline isn't coming first it's just something I want to hear so I can mole the game around it with design. I need a picture(in my mind) basically before start doing designing. I was working on gameplay WAY before I was even thinking of story( lol as you can tell with how poor the basic idea was).

I'm probably going to use Flash( for advance coding and checking frames for animation) , Gimp (for Art related stuff), and probably use a program to cut down repeative work which I haven't decided yet.  I will work with what I can to get the job done with the fastest without damaging the game quality but I want to make sure I can cut time down so i can finish within 3-6 months as I don't want to do what most fan project do. That's cancel the game because a lack of time and interest. With me doing everything with designing and inputing I have to be careful with what I invest time in.

Thanks to the new storyline guys this will put less pressure on me.
